Terms of Service

OneShotFly ("the Service") is a product of VZSU ("we", "us"). The Service provides an automated phone receptionist for small businesses, including automated call answering, appointment booking via Google Calendar, a CRM dashboard, call transcripts, SMS reminders, and follow-up sequences.

By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

New customers receive a 7-day free trial. No payment card is required to start. During the trial you may cancel at any time at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the fees in Section 3 become due.

After the trial ends, the Service costs a one-time setup fee of $1,000 USD plus a recurring subscription of $300 USD per month, charged until you cancel. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.

The setup fee covers website rebuild, receptionist configuration, calendar integration, dashboard setup, and a dedicated phone number. The setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has been delivered. Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months; cancelling stops future charges and the Service remains active until the end of the paid period.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling a paid subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law or regulation, including telemarketing and robocall rules;
• impersonate another person or business;
• send spam or unsolicited messages;
• interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You retain ownership of your business information, call recordings, transcripts, and customer data. You grant us a license to process this data solely to operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by VZSU and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond use of the Service as intended.

The Service depends on third parties including Vapi (voice platform), Google Calendar, Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (SMS), and Lemon Squeezy (payments). We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service running.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automated responses may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing bookings and communications made on your behalf. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VZSU's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees). On termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
